We have some exciting news to share, our team is growing again after Tere's retirement, and we couldn't be more thrilled to introduce you to our newest member!

Meet Ashley, our Licensed Massage Therapist. Ashley has been practicing since 2021 and brings a genuine passion for helping people feel better, move better, and truly take care of their bodies. Ashley is the owner of Lost In Touch massage therapy.

She has a special gift for working with clients who carry tension from workouts, physical demands, stress, or just the demands of everyday life. Whether you're looking to reduce muscle tightness, improve your mobility, support recovery, or simply carve out time to relax and reset, Ashley is here for you.

What makes Ashley special is the care and intuition she brings to every session. She tunes into what your body needs and creates a space where you can truly let go. In her words: helping people release tension, recover, and feel better in their bodies is something she truly loves doing.

When she's not in the treatment room, you'll find her working out, soaking up the sun in nature, or spending quality time with family and friends , so she genuinely understands the importance of rest and recovery in a full, active life.

Ashley will be accepting appointments on Tuesday's and alternating Saturday's beginning April 7th.
