The food industry knows the truth: sugar sells. It makes food taste better, keeps you coming back for more, and quietly sabotages your energy, hormones, and waistline. But here’s the catch—they rarely call it “sugar” on the label.

You might be avoiding “sugar,” but are you still eating:

  • High fructose corn syrup?
  • Dextrose?
  • Cane juice?
  • Maltodextrin?
  • Agave nectar?
  • Fruit juice concentrate?
