Aw Suga! In case you didn't know…

Hey Reader,

We’ve been tricked—and not by accident.

The food industry knows the truth: sugar sells. It makes food taste better, keeps you coming back for more, and quietly sabotages your energy, hormones, and waistline. But here’s the catch—they rarely call it “sugar” on the label.

You might be avoiding “sugar,” but are you still eating:

  • High fructose corn syrup?
  • Dextrose?
  • Cane juice?
  • Maltodextrin?
  • Agave nectar?
  • Fruit juice concentrate?

These are just a few of the 60+ sneaky names for sugar that keep our cravings high and our energy low.

But I’m not here to scare you. I’m here to help you reclaim your health by becoming more aware, more empowered, and more intentional with what you put in your body.

Because when you know better, you can do better. And I know you’re ready to step into that next version of yourself.

Over the next few weeks, I’ll be sharing more truth bombs like this—plus tips, swaps, and solutions that make it easy to live well without feeling deprived.

Until then, take a look at your pantry. You might be surprised where sugar is hiding.

You got this,
Dr. J

P.S. Want a list of the some of the common names for sugar, I’ve got a free one pager for you.
